Name of Event: Paint India Exhibition

Location: Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre, Mumbai

Booth Stand: Hall 1, Booth B12

Booth Size: Raw space of 9m x 5m (45 sqm) with 2 sides open

Floor Plan & Exhibitor Manual:

Structure:

  • Single storey
  • Overall white color theme
  • 1 sample display unit to display 6 sample panels
  • Open discussion area with 2-3 round tables and chairs
  • Slightly raised platform with light grey laminate flooring finish
  • 1 LCD TV screen for videos (at reception area)
  • 1 storeroom
  • All necessary poster printing as per the design concept
  • Quote should be all-inclusive and include Hall Management Fee, Main electricity power charges, and worker badges

Furniture:

  • Lockable cabinets for storage purposes
  • Small mineral water bottles and 1 coffee machine
  • Mints and cookies
  • 1 reception counter with lockable cabinets
  • 1 brochure stand
  • Desktop flower basket at the reception table
  • 2-3 sets of open discussion areas with 4 chairs
