Designing a High-Impact 54 sqm Flagship Exhibition Stall
For a 54 sqm (6×9 m) flagship-row exhibition space at J1, our design approach focused on creating an open, digital-first, and highly interactive environment that maximizes footfall while supporting serious business conversations. With a strict 4.5 m height restriction, allowance for two floors, and a tight 1.5-day setup timeline, the solution relied on modular, pre-fabricated structures to ensure speed, safety, and precision.
The stall features an open-concept ground floor with a welcoming reception counter, digital TV walls replacing conventional partitions, and multiple demo stations designed to engage potential business merchants. Two enclosed 6–8 seater meeting rooms on the ground floor enable focused discussions without disrupting the open flow.
A thoughtfully planned mezzanine level adds premium value, housing two 4-seater meeting spaces for senior leadership interactions along with a secure pantry and storage zone. Integrated digital walls, tabletop branding, and interactive elements ensure strong visual recall, while audience-pulling features such as kinetic or rotating brand elements enhance memorability.
Overall, the stall design balances brand visibility, visitor engagement, operational efficiency, and executive comfort, delivering a standout presence in a flagship exhibition row.
