Our vision:
Design: Open concept all through the stall to ensure maximum
in-flow and feeling of larger space.
Floors: 2- ground floor and mezzanine.
Reception area: Table/raised countertop- 2/3 people to be
able to interact with the crowd at first and then people flow in.
Meeting spaces: 2 on top (each to be 4-seater, center table
and chairs), 2 (6-8-seater) meeting rooms on the ground floor.
Pantry (mez floor): To accommodate water dispenser/water bottles
(continuous flow), enough space for storage (giveaways, giftsm bags etc to be
stowed away), Storage space and coffee machine area (this will be for visitors
and internal employees) on ground floor(small).
All storage rooms and spaces needs to have a proper locking mechanism
with keys.
Walls: Digital TV walls (inside and outside) instead of regular
walls. The walls will show videos, demos etc.
Demo stations: TVs/Digital walls- To specifically target and
discuss with the potential business merchants.
Tabletop branding: small standee, tabletop (under glass or
over)
Housekeeping and pantry personnel: One housekeeping (regular
cleanups, electricty and other maintenance) and one pantry personnel to be
available at all times.
Suggestion from Fabricator: Interactive ways to bring in
audience- need to be good enough to pull in senior leaders & other folks as
well.
