Design Brief: Date of Event: January 21-23, 2016 Name of Event: Paint India Exhibition Location: Bombay Convention & Exhibition Centre, Mumbai Booth Stand: Hall 1, Booth B12 Booth Size: Raw space of 9m x 5m (45 sqm) with 2 sides open Floor Plan & Exhibitor Manual: Structure: Single storey Overall white color theme 1 sample display unit to display 6 sample panels Open discussion area with 2-3 round tables and chairs Slightly raised platform with light grey laminate flooring finish 1 LCD TV screen for videos (at reception area) 1 storeroom All necessary poster printing as per the design concept Quote should be all-inclusive and include Hall Management Fee, Main electricity power charges, and worker badges Furniture: Lockable cabinets for storage purposes Small mineral water bottles and 1 coffee machine Mints and cookies 1 reception counter with lockable cabinets 1 brochure stand Desktop flower basket at the reception table 2-3 sets of open discussion areas with 4 chairs Posters:
