This design was executed in Kisan Expo Pune 2018
We are participating in KISAN EXPO 2018. to be held from 12th – 16th Dec’18 at Moshi - Pune.
Kisan – India’s largest Agri Show where total 2,00,000 + farmers and 550+ companies participating which includes Farmers, agri-professionals, policymakers, government officials and media from all parts of India.
As per brief given below we are going to display approx. 10 tires.
1. Stand Area:
For your reference attached is floor plan. Our stand area is 10 x 10 m = 100 Sqm which is 2 side open.
· Outdoor stand as per layout attached
· Stand Area – 10 x 10 = 100sqm (Stand number yet to be allocated)
We have stand size of 100sqm (10 x 10 m), would require suggestive layouts (3 options) for stand branding keeping displayed product into consideration, need to indicate how much branding surface we are getting in each option. Every option should give idea of cost
2. Product Display
· We are planning to display total 10 tires at the show, our target application categories are Tractor Front, Tractor Rear and Tractor Trailer Tires. So accordingly demarcation of area need to create for displaying these products. Please see below the list of tire selected for KISAN EXPO 2018.

Need to ensure while rim portion is covered with round cut ply with branding indicating the product brand and product name on it, it should give very elegant look, and care needs to be taken that the rim cover is of proper dimension and does not look like force fitted on the tire. Branding should look uniform on all tires and fonts should not differ anywhere.
· Note below Tire specifications to find more precision on space allocation inside stand area and development of tire stand along with rim cover for each tire.

3. Messaging
· “We need to display brand logos (Alliance) very prominently on top truss or suitably at the prominent position as per the design. Based on the size/dimensions of theme panel we will share design with you. We need to ensure logos in 3D and look prominent and elegant
· “Samajhdaar Kisano Ki Behtar Pasand” – (Main message in Marathi)
· Need to indicate the proposed branding surfaces in line with design (We will share all creative)
· Need 1 Tractor along with Trailer cut out with tire fitted for display, cut out will have actual tyre fitted with rim cover.
· Category messaging for each category (We will share messaging to display)
· Product messaging (We will share message to display)
4. Requirements
· Reception : Reception Table / Receptionist
· Meeting Space : Need to provide set of 2 seating arrangements for 4 people with sufficient space so that there will not be noise disturbance among them. Apart from this seating arrangement we need pair of 4 chairs along with round table (can do feasibility check for round table provision based on design)
· Pantry arrangement : Tea/Coffee vending machine, water and cups or cutlery, Fridge. All marketing and promotional material
· Flooring needs to be suited with outdoor event e.g. Mat or alike
· Tire stands for each tire displayed apart from fitted in tractor cut out (Tire Stand need to be of good quality and very attractive)
· T.V. Unit for running brand videos and other visuals

2 cut out required –
· Rigid Dump Truck with 1 actual front tire fitted (Port Star Plus 18.00-25), the rear tire will be part of cut out with our tire image (same as front)
· Wheel Loader with 1 actual front tire fitted (LDSR 300 23.5R25), rear tire will be part of cut out with our tire image (same as front)
Tire Stand should exert weight of tires
Centre Table for both lounges looks very small, also confirm the dimension of allocated space to each lounge
